As part of Ventac’s commitment to improving the noise conditions in agricultural vehicles, the company is conducting an independent research program of a wide range of vehicles from different manufacturers. This program involves comparing objectively the sound pressure levels and sound quality experienced in the cab of a vehicle. The objective of the program is to develop a clear understanding of current industry standard and identify opportunities for improvement. Even in the early stages of this program the importance of sound quality and not just sound level in the cab environment is very evident and this will shape our approach to treating noise in the cabs of these vehicles.
