Sound Absorption Products That Provide Noise Reduction Solutions For Fixed Premises

The Environment Act of 1990 stipulates that local authorities need to implement methods to reduce the effects of noise within fixed premises.

Therefore, absorption products can be used as an option to alleviate high volumes of noise within a room. They are manufactured from porous or soft surfaces. When the product is placed in a room, the material composition helps greatly reduce reverberation and aids in reflection of the resulting noise effects off hard surfaces by trapping the sound within and by making it impossible for the sound to travel to other parts of the building. In order to fulfill the above objective, acoustic foams are often used to reduce the effects of sound.
