Industrial Vehicle OEM’s … Hears The Solution

Noise is fast becoming a major competitive challenge for industrial vehicle OEM’s. Although there are many companies which can diagnose a problem, there are precious few who can also supply a solution.

Ventac offers an innovative approach to industrial vehicle noise control where assessment means testing a vehicle with specialist equipment, while prototype parts are mocked up and fitted. The customer is presented with before and after results of what noise reduction can be achieved on their vehicle.

noise control solutions for industrial vehiclesThe prototype parts fitted to the vehicle are designed to meet both the acoustic requirements and also the physical requirements of the area to which they are fitted. Typically the cab of an industrial vehicle presents a number of acoustic design challenges.  The cab is an enclosed space with a high level of acoustically reflective surfaces, so any component fitted in this area must have sufficient absorption qualities, while also being durable, easy to clean and have a high-quality finish

Our state of the art acoustic laboratory supports our extensive range of testing capabilities that include sound pressure level and vibration measurement, sound intensity mapping and noise source location, modal analysis for structure-borne sound and sound absorption testing of new materials/composites in reverberation chambers. We also have our own manufacturing facility which means that product design, manufacture, and quality are under our direct control.

Continually delivering innovative solutions to reduce noise levels in our customers’ vehicles, we develop partnerships with our clients, supplying noise control materials and products specifically designed for each vehicle with the ongoing support of our acoustic expertise and noise testing facilities.
