Marketing Executive (Fixed Term)

Ventac, a leading manufacturing company in noise control solutions based in Wicklow, are looking for an ambitious Marketing Executive to be part of this growing Irish company with an international focus on a fixed-term basis.

Key Responsibilities:
– To create a level of excellence within the marketing function by creating and implementing a range of promotional activities ensuring Ventac stands above its competition in the market
– Develop a marketing plan and budget to lead the marketing function
– Support sales with marketing activity
– Marketing of new and existing products
– Product development and promotion strategy
– Manage the marketing activities for all trade customers, ensuring that a comprehensive marketing plan is in place and implemented to support the business
– Direct day-to-day management of all marketing and lead generation
– Identify target customers and compile lists using the CRM database
– Understand diverse customer requirements and opportunities by developing and maintaining prosperous relationships at every level in customers’ organisation
– Plan the annual marketing calendar with the Managing Director and to have quarterly detailed account calendars and rolling month proposed activity calendars
– Website development & management
– Primary and secondary market research
– Competitor product and activity analysis to devise plans to counter any developments
– Design brochures/flyers/pricelists/emails/social media posts and other marketing material as required to promote the Ventac brand
– Work with other agencies and associations as required on specific projects
– Organising and representing Ventac at trade exhibitions

Experience and Skills Required:
– Degree in marketing
– Significant experience within the multinational marketing environment
– Excellent communication, presentation, and marketing skills
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in marketing
– Strong commercial focus
– Proven ability to communicate professionally and to a high standard

Office Administrator (Part Time Fixed-Term Contract)

Ventac, an acoustics and thermal solutions company based in Blessington, is looking for an experienced, organised and detail-focused person to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:

– Reception duties i.e. answering the phone, meeting and greeting visitors
– Dealing with customer and operations queries – email or phone (order status updates etc)
– Providing customers with their schedules as requested for deliveries
– Uploading new orders
– Uploading customer forecasts to facilitate production scheduling
– Using web portals for some customers – orders, delivery notices, invoices etc
– Dispatches – organising transport and dispatch paperwork for all dispatches
– Monitoring production schedules to ensure all orders are on target
– Support to Finance department as required
– Support to Purchasing and Logistics as required
– To highlight any issues or concerns relating to our environmental policy and procedures
– General administration duties
