A Heartfelt Farewell to Two of our Ventac Team

Last week, we said goodbye to two of our most cherished team members, Albert and Svetlana, who have been integral to Ventac for over two decades. As they embark on their next adventure, we want to express our deepest gratitude for their incredible dedication, passion, and countless contributions. Albert and Svetlana joined the team 23 and 22 years ago respectively, bringing with them a wealth of knowledge and a calm, steady approach that has truly left a mark on Ventac. Their dedication has been an inspiration to everyone at the company. Whether it was executing a project to the highest standard, mentoring younger team members or finding innovative solutions to complex problems, Albert and Svetlana have been a pillar of strength and reliability to us all. Together, they have contributed more than 45 years of combined service to Ventac. Their loyalty, hard work and commitment are nothing short of extraordinary, and their departure marks the end of an era for our company. They leave behind not just their professional achievements, but also countless memories and friendships.

Reflecting on their departure, our Managing Director, Darren Fortune, shared these heartfelt words:
